This policy explains what Junk Removal Authority collects on this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
Who we are
This site is operated by Junk Removal Authority ("JRA," "we," "us"). Jenny is the name of the AI voice agent we sell to junk removal companies. You can reach us at lee@junkra.com or by mail at 950 Windy Rd. Suite 200, Apex, NC 27502.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you register on this site, we ask for your name, your email address, and which session you want to attend. If you email us or reply to one of our emails, we keep that correspondence.
If you request a live demo, we also ask for your business name, your city and state, and a mobile number. That is all we ask for. We use the mobile number for two things and nothing else: so that Jenny recognizes your number when you call the demo line, and to send you a one time code confirming the number is yours. Those are the only messages we send to it. We do not use it for marketing texts. You can reply STOP to any message to stop them, and message and data rates may apply.
If you run a live demo, that phone call is recorded so that we can email you the recording. We keep the recording only as long as it is needed for that purpose, and we delete it on your request, the same as the other information you give us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and the services we use record technical information when you visit: your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived. This happens through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or any sensitive personal information through this website.
Why we use it
- To give you the class, recording, or material you registered for.
- To follow up with you about it and about our services, by email.
- To measure how our advertising performs, and to show ads to people who have visited this site.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
Advertising and analytics
We use the Meta pixel on this site. It is a piece of code from Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, and it tells us how many people who saw one of our ads went on to register. It also lets us show follow-up ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who visited this site. Meta receives information about your visit, including your IP address, and handles it under its own privacy policy.
You can limit this. Your ad settings inside Facebook and Instagram control how your activity off those platforms is used for advertising. Your browser and device settings also let you block or delete cookies, and both iOS and Android offer a setting that limits ad tracking.
We also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to serve them. We do not use Google Fonts to track you and we receive nothing from it.
If you register, we will email you about what you signed up for and about our services. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply with the word UNSUBSCRIBE. We act on opt-outs promptly and in any event within ten business days. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop messages we need to send you about something you specifically requested.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.
Some privacy laws define selling or sharing broadly enough to include advertising like this, and two of our activities fall under that definition. The first is the Meta pixel described above. The second is that we provide contact information from our own customer and business records to Meta so it can show ads to our existing contacts and to people who resemble them, which Meta calls custom and lookalike audiences. You can limit the pixel as described above, and you can tell us not to use your information for either kind of advertising by writing to us at the address in the Contact section below.
We share it only with the service providers that make the site work, such as our website host, our email sending platform, and the advertising service described above. They are permitted to use it to provide their service to us and for nothing else. We will also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
How long we keep it
We keep the registration information you give us for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, and we delete it on request. Technical and advertising data is kept for shorter periods set by the services described above. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
Your choices
Write to us at lee@junkra.com and we will, on request, tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. We will not treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No website can promise perfect security, and we are not going to claim otherwise.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so on the site.
